    No. You are at fault for driving on a suspended license but not necessarily at fault for the collision. NOT the same thing.

    Although the case could be made in a civil court later on that because you failed to obey the law to begin with everything that happened was/is your fault and you would likely loose that. However, for insurance purposes, no you are not automatically at fault.

    Yes that person would get all the blame and also People with suspended license most always have no insurance on the vehicle. Its a trip straight to jail.

    You are not necessarily at fault in causing the accident – it depends on what happened – but you will most likely be cited for driving with a suspended license and your auto insurance may not cover the accident because you were driving illegally.
